Services for Corporate Clients
Celestial Health Coaching provides the following services to integrate into their Corporate Wellness Program. Summary of services are as follows: Workshops, Group Coaching, one on one private coaching sessions, Office Pantry Makeover and Catering Revamp, Fit and Healthy Challenge for 30 or more people, a 12 Day Detox Whole Foods Program and Incentive Campaigns. Workshops/lunch and learns are a great way to reach a large audience in a short amount of time. It is the first step to cultivating awareness among employees so that they will start getting support and taking action.
My workshops include education on how to implement better nutrition and life choices to create a healthier life and have a more efficient workday. The workshops are fun and informative PowerPoint presentations but can be delivered in varied ways. I utilize an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to engage in discussion and interact with other attendees through various exercises and brainstorming. I also include a fun raffle for attendees, handouts and resources, goal setting with 3 actionable steps to incorporate immediately, and welcoming emails and flyers to motivate turnout.

Small Group Coaching - not available at this time
Small group coaching combines the benefits of peer support with individual attention. Because of the diversity of the workplace, I recommend grouping employees with common backgrounds (e.g. moms) or health concerns (e.g. weight management) for more effective interactions. Handouts and resources will be provided to support the topics covered.

I help companies create a pantry that supports healthy eating habits, especially to support employees who are participating in my workshops, small group or private coaching programs.
I review the company’s catering menu to see where we can make changes to provide healthy choices. Having the wrong kind of food at lunch can cause blood sugar spikes and crashes, brain fog, and even digestive discomforts – which of course, can impede productivities.

Fitness that Works - Poorly executed on-the-job movements, performed day after day, inevitably lead to chronic musculoskeletal problems that can jeopardize an individual’s future health, fitness and livelihood. This challenge aims to provide structure and inspiration for the individual ready to engage in a more active daily fitness routine both at work and home. Moreover, the team challenge promotes peer support and friendly competition among employees.In this 6-week challenge, participants focus on the seven Simple Moves highlighted in the Fitness That Works book, along with self-selected cardiovascular fitness activities like biking, swimming or walking. Teams of up to ten members will compete against one another to earn fitness points. The goal is to establish a regular habit of performing the simple moves and cardiovascular fitness activities.
Stop Stress This Minute - High stress levels are pervasive in our society. These take a toll on our day-to-day lives by negatively impacting emotional health, reducing productivity and causing maladies such as headaches, muscle tension and insomnia, to name a few. This 8-week employee incentive challenge takes the action-oriented strategies presented in WELCOA's Stop Stress This Minute book and helps employees methodically put an action plan into practice to lower their stress number and balance stress in their lives.
Participants focus on one or two chapters of the Stop Stress This Minute book each week of the challenge, completing a short quiz that encourages reflection on the information in the book. Additionally, participants log their stressors, keep track of their stress number and engage in practical stress management activities to build awareness and skills for managing stress in their life.
Take Charge of your Health - The most effective medical self-care programs are developed in three phases with the following goals:

Everybody, Everday - The term "Physical Activity" can mean different things to different people. For one person it might mean running five miles a day—for another it might mean chasing their kids around house to get the TV remote back. No matter what your level we all know that we need to have some physical activity in our lives. Now, getting into a physical activity routine doesn't just start with buying some gym membership and trying to get fit through what I like to call "membership osmosis." You have to understand why it is important and want to make it a lifestyle change. This campaign provides the tools and support necessary to begin making a conscious and deliberate choice to be active everyday.
